Minimum 3+ years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, or Product Planning within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods.
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to manage budgets, inventory plans, and sales performance reports.
Proficient in using Numbers, Excel, or BI tools for forecasting, reporting, and margin analysis.
Demonstrated capability to work cross-functionally with design, marketing, and operations teams.
Experience in managing a direct report or leading a cross-functional team is preferred.
Knowledge of or genuine interest in ethical sourcing and sustainable production practices.
Familiarity with e-commerce and international direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales cycles is a plus.
Fluent in English, with the ability to work effectively across cultures in fast-paced environments.
