Knowledge of villa allocations and site plans.
Understanding of GAP, RCI, DAE, ICE, HP.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage management, in a luxury resort, fine dining, or high-end hospitality environment.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful F&B strategies, driving both guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
Strong focus on employee training and performance management to ensure continuous growth and improvement.
Expertise in setting up, optimising, and managing multiple F&B outlets to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
Ability to implement and monitor operational SOPs to achieve +90% Guest Satisfaction Index and high Employee Satisfaction.
Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and P&L management, ensuring financial targets are met.
Proven ability to successfully manage and develop events, ensuring seamless execution and revenue generation.
Experience in menu engineering, pricing strategies, and trend forecasting to keep offerings competitive.
