Chief Technology Officer – Hospitality Group (Canggu)

  • Open to local and expat candidates. 

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior IT role within an enterprise environment, ideally in large-scale hospitality or related industries.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Extensive technical expertise in ERP, POS, and PMS platforms, with strong hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite, Symphony, and Opera.

  • Demonstrated experience with cloud infrastructure, API design, and building scalable data architecture.

  • Prior experience managing annual IT budgets.

  • Hands-on background in programming languages and network hardware configuration and management.

  • Knowledge of leveraging hyper-scalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for storage and compute off-loading requirements.

  • Previous experience leading IT operations in large hospitality venues or multi-site environments.

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.

  • Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.

  • Willingness to travel as required for brand activations and trade events.
