Open to local and expat candidates.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior IT role within an enterprise environment, ideally in large-scale hospitality or related industries.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Extensive technical expertise in ERP, POS, and PMS platforms, with strong hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite, Symphony, and Opera.
Demonstrated experience with cloud infrastructure, API design, and building scalable data architecture.
Prior experience managing annual IT budgets.
Hands-on background in programming languages and network hardware configuration and management.
Knowledge of leveraging hyper-scalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for storage and compute off-loading requirements.
Previous experience leading IT operations in large hospitality venues or multi-site environments.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
