Expatriate with solid experience in the alcoholic beverage industry, preferably within Asia-Pacific markets, including Indonesia.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10+ years’ experience in sales and marketing, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Strong understanding of the Indonesian F&B and hospitality market, especially in Bali and major cities.
Proven track record in driving sales growth, launching new products, and executing multi-channel strategies.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
