  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in brand marketing, preferably within FMCG, premium beverages, alcoholic drinks, or luxury goods sector.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand equity and sales.

  • In-depth understanding of the Indonesian alcohol distribution landscape, regulatory compliance requirements, and market trends. 

  • Familiarity with consumer behaviour and trade marketing in the premium beverage or luxury lifestyle segment.

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.

  • Willingness to travel as required for brand activations and trade events.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
