Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, F&B, or venue management, with at least two years in a senior management role.
Strong operational knowledge of F&B, guest service, hygiene, safety, and security standards.
Demonstrated success in managing P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
Hands-on leadership style, willing to be on the floor and lead by example.
Experience in marketing collaborations, events, and guest engagement.
Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable with reporting systems and tools (e.g., Asana, POS systems).
