Bachelor’s Degree in Enology, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
Advanced wine certifications such as WSET Level 3/4 or Court of Master Sommeliers (strongly preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sommelier, Wine Educator, or in a similar role within a wine producing company or fine dining establishment.
Strong sensory evaluation skills and in-depth knowledge of varietals, winemaking processes, and global wine markets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate both internal teams and external clients.
Proven ability to combine technical production knowledge with customer-facing storytelling and sales strategies.
Fluent in English, proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other local languages is an advantage.

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in brand marketing, preferably within FMCG, premium beverages, alcoholic drinks, or luxury goods sector.

In-depth understanding of the Indonesian alcohol distribution landscape, regulatory compliance requirements, and market trends.
Strong proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, influencer partnerships, and performance analytics.
Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Willingness to travel as required for brand activations and trade events.
