Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and supervise diverse teams.
Solid knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to maintain performance in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting (sales reports, daily cash reconciliation, cost control).
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle escalations and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
Familiarity with staff scheduling, SOP implementation, and operational workflow planning is an advantage.
Basic understanding of marketing initiatives, such as promotions, events, or social media coordination, is a plus.
