  • Demonstrated ability to build kitchen SOPs, workflows, and scalable operational systems.

  • Proven track record in managing COGS, cost control, purchasing, and inventory.

  • Experience training, mentoring, and developing junior chefs & co-heads.

  • Ability to oversee multi-venue kitchen operations.

  • Strong understanding of kitchen design, equipment selection, and pre-opening processes.

  • Highly organised, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities and timelines.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills leads with respect and professionalism.

  • Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
