Demonstrated ability to build kitchen SOPs, workflows, and scalable operational systems.
Proven track record in managing COGS, cost control, purchasing, and inventory.
Experience training, mentoring, and developing junior chefs & co-heads.
Ability to oversee multi-venue kitchen operations.
Strong understanding of kitchen design, equipment selection, and pre-opening processes.

Expat Cluster Executive Chef – Premier Lifestyle and Entertainment Company (Bali, Indonesia)

Have 15–20 years of progressive culinary experience, including 5–7 years in a senior leadership role as an Executive Chef for multi-outlet operations.
Proven track record managing high-volume kitchens within premium international brands, preferably during pre-opening or expansion phases.
Previous work experience in Asia and/or Australia is highly preferred.
Proficiency across a range of cuisines, including Mediterranean, Asian, Australian, and Latin, with particular expertise in grill, robata, barbecue, and seafood.
Deep understanding of traditional and contemporary culinary techniques, balancing authenticity and innovation.
Proven experience designing immersive dining experiences and story-driven menus.
