Familiarity with staff scheduling, SOP implementation, and operational workflow planning is an advantage.
Basic understanding of marketing initiatives, such as promotions, events, or social media coordination, is a plus.

Minimum ⁠8 – 12+ years of progressive creative experience in fashion, retail, or consumer lifestyle brands.
Proven experience as a Creative Director, Senior Art Director, or Head of Design in apparel or retail.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
⁠Deep understanding of fashion trends, brand positioning, and retail marketing.
Experience with sustainable fashion or DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands.
⁠Background in digital storytelling, content marketing, or e-commerce design.
⁠Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI design tools, 3D modeling, AR/VR retail)
